The ORIGIN
WHO?
I'm Ed Walker, Founder of Wild Oats, lifelong lactose intolerant coffee lover and oat aficionado.
WHY?
Having tried and been underwhelmed by every milk alternative under the sun, I wanted a milk that doesn’t mask, isn’t overly sweet or bitter but compliments espresso-based specialty coffee.
HOW?
Working collaboratively with a merry band of leading roasters and baristas, we think we’ve developed the perfect oat milk. What you’re tasing is recipe no.7 – the premium Gold Top of oat milks. Created for professional baristas but with a universal appeal not limited to speciality coffees. Try it on your cereal, in your tea, enjoy it warm or cold, the incredible flavour shines through.

The Wild Oat
A product of past harvests that can lie dormant in the soil for 10, 20 or 1000 years.
Upon germination, the wild oat thrives, outcompeting the wheat and barley that grows short and uniform in the field. Standing tall and proud in contrast.
Unique, unconquered.
